My personal health goal is to achieve a physical weight of sixty kilograms by the end of this year. I currently weigh eighty-five kilograms. This is uncomfortable for me considering the significance with which I value fitness and health. My goal therefore is to reduce my body weight by approximately twenty-five kilograms this year.
In order to achieve these goals, I have set two objectives that will help me this year. My first objective is to find a suitable trainer and a gym that will help me with exercise and training to achieve these goals. A suitable gym trainer is one who understands my goals and is committed to helping me achieve my health goals. The gym should be easily accessible and equipped with facilities that will enhance my training. The second objective is to change my diet. This is important if one is to reduce weight. Finding the right mix of food and exercise is quite crucial for one who aspires to be physically fit.
Plans of Action
The plans of action I have in place to achieve my objectives are specially suited to enable me start my routine immediately. To find a good fitness trainer, I will have to find out from my colleagues and friends about their experience with fitness trainers. Some of my colleagues have had training classes for a very long time. I shall research on a suitable gym within my neighborhood and create time for training lessons. For the whole of this year, I shall invest in diet books to find out the best diet that will prevent the addition of unnecessary weight.

Germany attained independence in 1990 just a year after breaching the Berlin wall. Before then Germany was a divided country. In World War I, Germany suffered a major defeat that brought the country to its knees. Because of the hardships the country faced they resorted to Adolf Hitler’s leadership. Hitler rearmed the country and attacked its enemies thus starting World War II. The war claimed 55 million lives and left Germany profoundly devastated. Germany’s enemies occupied her lands and divided it. West and East Germany were separate territories under the occupation and were separated by the Berlin wall. After the wall came down the German territories re-united and forged ahead (National Geographic).
The infant mortality rate in Germany is 4.2. This refers to the number of deaths of children aged less than one year. This is measured out of 1000 births in a particular year. The average life expectancy for males is 76 while that of females is 82. Five most crucial points that health care professionals should consider are as follows. First, antenatal health should be improved. Second, there should also be a focus on health for children below one year. Third, health care should be provided for the aged since the life expectancy is high. Fourth, more homes for the aged should be established to cater for the aging population. Lastly, health professionals should consider providing more male directed health care considering they die earlier than women do.
